We collect information you upload or submit to the Platform, including images, text prompts, measurements and design specifications, style preferences, and project-related metadata. This content is used to generate AI Outputs.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. Stripe’s processing is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
We use collected information to provide and operate the Platform, generate AI Outputs, process payments and subscriptions, deduct and manage usage credits, improve AI model performance, analyze product usage, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for research, analytics, and product improvement.
To provide AI-powered features, User Content may be processed using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting, storage, compute, and database services; AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI); and cloud storage services. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver Platform functionality.
We do not sell User Content to third parties. We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve AI systems and performance.
While we use third-party AI providers to process User Content for the purpose of generating AI Outputs, we utilize enterprise-grade API services designed to prevent your User Content from being used to train or improve the base models of those third-party providers.
Your submitted content is processed solely to provide you with the requested functionality and is not retained by those providers for general model training purposes, except as required for abuse monitoring or security enforcement.
We may occasionally utilize limited human review of anonymized User Content solely for the purpose of troubleshooting technical errors, investigating failed render requests, and improving AI accuracy and system performance. Such review is performed under strict confidentiality obligations and does not include commercial use of User Content.
We may share information with service providers (cloud hosting, AI processing, payment processing, analytics, security services), for legal compliance, and in connection with business transfers.
We retain information for as long as your account remains active, as needed to provide services, as required for legal compliance, and to resolve disputes. We may delete inactive accounts after a reasonable period. Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important content.
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), secure cloud hosting (Google Cloud), role-based access controls, and authentication protections. However, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise rights, contact: privacy@drsx.ai. We may verify your identity before processing requests.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, improve performance, analyze usage, and remember preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If you access the Platform outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer.
The Platform does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
The Platform may contain links to third-party retailers or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.
DesignR Studios LLC acts as a data controller with respect to account information and a data processor with respect to certain Professional User client data. Enterprise users may request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform or sent via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
